Blessings or Curse:
I am like many thousands of folks got stuck in the Green card pursuit for years . My family had siblings and i was in no rush for marriage and i was waiting patiently for my turn.
Because of porting i got my GC(after 9 yrs of initial filing). But marriage was pending for me as my line was not clear.
Now i am in fix on how to get a girl and process her F2A visa. Reading the forums gives me mixed opinion on this. some says that i need to find a girl who is having a working visa only and J1,F1 visa won’t work.
Also , after marriage it would take 3-4 yrs for wife to get GC and that too lots of questions will be asked .
If i got some what satisfied with my personal GC , i am worried now about my future wife.
Any opinions from gurus ?
