864 Only or 864 & 864A
My cousin is the only joint sponsor and my wife is the primary sponsor on AOS for my wife's mother. My cousin doesn't live with us so: Does he have to file I-864 only or a combination of I-864 & 864A? I know that my wife has to file I-864. How about me? Do I need to file I-864 only or only I-864A? Recently, I lost my job so I don't think that I will have the required pay stubs or letter of employments to support the case. I file joint return with my wife. Please help. Thanks
