Green Card for Parent

Hi Gurus
My mother visiting me now on visitor visa (B2) and I became citizen recently and would like to sponsor green card for my mother (while she is in US). Her I -94 expires by end of April 2015.
I am filling immigration forms (submitting both I130 and I485 at same time as she is in US). I have the following questions about G325A, I-864:

I have the following questions about G-325 A:
1. If First name contains 2 words and does not fit in the box (while filling in PDF), Can we write the remaining letters using pen (hand written remaining letters)?
2. She has 10 years visa and visited US before in last 5 years (stayed less than 6 months), Do we need to fill US address also and state the period of stay in “Applicants residence last Five years. List present address First”
3. My mother is not fluent in English and I will be filing interpreter portion in I-485. In G325A, I will read and explain her in our native language and fill the form based on her response. There is no room for interpreter name and sign in this form. Is it ok, she can sign (she signs in English) the form in English?

I have the following questions about I-864:
1. Part 2 Applicants mailing address: Do we need to fill USA address or India address of the Principal Immigrant in I-864 (my mother is visiting USA on B2 visa and I am applying I-130 and I-485 together)
2. Part 3: If I am sponsoring only my mother, Do I need to check “YES” item # 1 in Part 1?
3. Part 6: I am filing taxes (jointly with my wife). Do I need to fill her details in 6.a, 6.b, 6.c and Does she need to submit I-864 A?

Please help to respond to the above questions.

TRUNCATE PART OF FIRST NAME, OR USE ATTACHMENT TO PRINT WHOLE NAME.

NO, JUST USE HER FOREIGN ADDRESSES.

ONLY IF YOU NEED WIFE'S INCOME TO MEET SPONSORSHIP REQUIREMENTS.

2. In part C: Should i use India Address or USA address of the beneficiary?
I-485:
3 .Part 1: Do we need to fill US address or India address
4. Part 2 Option: Which option should we check as my mother is in US on business and applying simultaneously I-485?
5. Interpreter’s Statement and Signature: She can sign in English and can under English little bit. I will read and explain her each and every question in our native language and answer based on her response.
If that is the case, Can I write my name and sign under “Interpreter’s Statement and Signature”?
6. If I sign as “Interpreter’s Statement and Signature”, Do I need to fill Part 6 also?
