Hi out there, my wife is a green card holder. She invited me to visit here to US since we are expecting a baby. So i went to apply B2 visa. On the day of interview the consular asked me several questions of which i respond back quite good. Then she asked me about marriage certificate. And i did showed Her .
She took my marriage certificate to do some verification and she found out its valid and genuine certificate. She came back to me and told me that my status has changed. I have strong ties in America cause of my wife and the baby which is coming soon.
She told me my wife have to petition for me so i can join her. The sad thing is she cancelled my C1d visa. And i want to join the ship 27 april. What should i do.
