How long does it take before visa is issued after the interview?

I was interviewed at the US Embassy, Manila last February 9, 2015. As of this time, I have not received my passport/visa/packet. During the interview, all required documents were submitted and I was endorsed at the releasing window for submission of delivery information at the 2GO window. I have not received any notice or advisory that I still lack some documents or there is a problem on my case. How long does it usually take to process and issue the passport (with visa) and the packet?

What visa did you apPly for? i assume they told you, youre approved. If so, it usually takes a week or two. or they advise you at the window "you will get ur passport with visa in x days/weeks" . You can give them a call?
