RFE received after filing "Removal of Conditions doc" for my wife

In the RFE i received, the message says, "Your 2013 joint tax return does not show proof of filing with the IRS. This does not establish joint responsibility of liability. "

My question is what should be my response to this RFE ?

Can you please list what you sent in for the removing condition cos mine is just some months from and I'll like to have an idea thanks.

Your RFE, is questioning information about the tax return/returns you submitted. It seems like, just one person filed and not the other.
You could give some more information to be helped......

it sounds like the 2013 tax return that you sent to uscis does not match whatever was submitted to IRS.

Did you send uscis a 2013 tax transcript obtained from IRS?
