Dear Forumers,
My Sister is applying for our F4 visa( Am her younger brother).
According to USCIS both of us need to submit our Birth certificates showing having at least one common parents.
My Question is:
We have same biological parents. Our Mothers name has been identical in both of our BC. But I am just missing a single letter of my Dads name. As per the USCIS requirements just the Mothers name showing one common parent should be enough to go ahead? Unfortunately our father is not alive and we dont have his BC as well.
Please shed some light.
