Question about immigration help

Hi

Uscis recently denied my i-485 baed on my fathers' petition due to aging out by 3months even with the CSPA calculator.

Now, i remember reading here along time ago in regards to seeking help from a politician? Not exactly sure whether it was the governor or mayor or something along those lines. Anyone knows who was that? There was even a website that can search the closest office based on the location.

I'm currently looking for the viability of this since even immigration attorneys cannot seem to help much.

Did your petition get moved to a different class (child 21 or older)?

Anyway, if the CSPA calculation provided no relief, there is no reason to expect Congressional intervention to be of any assistance, unless there are serious "Humanitarian" or "Reunification" issues that the Congressional office can use.

Yes but that will take about 8 years before it becomes available due to serious backlog of the Philippines.

So is it a local congress? I remember when i checked on their .gov website, these folks mentioned something along the lines of reuniting families and immigration help.
