Hello everyone (Hello Ray),
My Priority date for I-130(f2A) is 2 Oct 2013.
I got message on 24 March 2015 from USCIS that my file has been transferred from Vermont to California center.
So Does California center will start my date from 24 March 2015 OR my old priority date will count.
In this case Approx. How long it will take to move case to NVC?
