  • Immigration visa.

My paternal aunt is a U.S. citizen. She filed immigration petition for my father and family in 2002. We recently received a letter from National Visa Center indicating that file processing will now begin.
    1) Me and my sibling are above 21 years of age, unmarried. We have heard of cases of children getting permanent residency with their parents in such cases. What should we do to appeal for the same?
    2) I am on two year home country residency restriction following my semester in U.S. On J1 visa. I still have about 15 months of home stay. I am aware of a waiver but is there any other way for me to be able to apply for immigration visa with my family or is the waiver really granted?

    Appreciate your guidance.

    Thank you

Let us say that your age is 26 years. For immigration purpose your age is 20 Years (26-6) and you would be eligible to receive visa. Bu
