Hi,
I’m US citizen and want to sponsor my parent (I130), but my parents both don't have birth certificate, because they migrated to Vietnam ( around 1955) during their teen.
They got Vietnam passport, marriage certificate.
what is the best way to handle this?
Also would a sworn affidavit be good enough since they missing birth certificate?
○ Vietnam passport - will be getting translation done
○ Marriage license - will be getting translation done
○ Birth certificate - missing
○ Replacement with sworn affidavit by one of my parent.
