Hi,
I'm a Canadian living in Canada with my two young children and they have US and Canada citizenships. My husband is a US citizen and currently lives in the USA.
I'm confused whether my husband would need to sponsor the 3 of us or just me, since I require a green card to live there but not our children. Does it make a difference if our kids have legal status in the US for immigration? Can anyone help us with some information about immigrating with Dual-citizenship children? Thank you so much!
