Affidavit of Support only by 1099
Hi,
I have two questions related to the Affidavit of Support:
1. Is it possible to be sponsored by someone who worked for the last three years only as a contractor?
2. His income meets the poverty requirements, but for self employed the following forms should be sent: Schedule C (Profit or Loss from Business), Schedule D (Capital Gains), Schedule E (Supplemental Income or Loss) or Schedule F (Profit or Loss from Farming). Are there any requirements for the profit or loss?
