I have received fingerprinting notice second time within a month. Notice says:
FBI was unable to process your fingerprint card. for continuing processing the petition, it will be necessary to have your fingerprints re-taken.
We received this notice after 2 weeks of last fingerprints, and next appointment is scheduled after 2 weeks, but my mother need to travel to India within next 6 weeks, please let me know if we can go to USCIS office earlier to take fingerprints to expediate this process.
Also any tips, inputs why earlier fingerprint was not identified properly, they didn't allow me to go inside. Anything we can do so next fingerprints can be done properly?
I applied for I-131 and I-130 along with I-485 but haven't seen any update on online status on I-131, is there a dependency on figerprints on 130 or 131 applications too, as her travel dates are coming closer. Any help on these will be really appreciated.
