I have got an Invoice I.D.to pay IV fee to pursue my Visa. But I have an query below.

> My category is F2B-Unmarried sons and daughters of perm. Res. My father filed petition for me. Unfortunately he passed away by this time. And also I got married meanwhile. May I still eligible for the visa? Can anyone confirm me in this regards?

If your father passed away after your Priority Date became current, another relative can assist as a substitute sponsor.

If your father passed away before your Priority Date became current, your petition is automatically cancelled.

If you marry, you can start another visa petition.

If your existing petition is cancelled because of death of your petitioner, you will have to be re-petitioned by another famiy member.
