My husband is a USA citizen and lives there. I have been visiting him frequently using my B1/B2 visa. He filed a I-130 in October 2014. When checking the case online the following message appears " on March 27,2015, we approved your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Receipt no..........WE will mail your approval notice. Please follow instructions on the notice." My questions are 1. what is the next step after this? 2. What instructions do they normal give on the notice? 3. How long do I wait before I am called for any interview in my country? 5. I am travelling to USA to attend a business conference in June, will the they let me enter with pending petition? I am so stressed. Please HELP!

Your next step will be correspondence from the National Visa Center, which will require:

1. Payment of two fees: $120 and $325
2. Completion of online form DS-260
3. Submittal of sponsorship documents and civil documents.
