About two years ago my father (a permanent resident) decided to sponsor me, every application has been accepted, got my priority date and we been waiting to get my green card. However, I am getting married soon to U.S. Citizen and my question is what do I do? Can I convert from F2B to HR-1 by contacting NVC or do I have to start all over with the application process ???
