Residency requirement for Direct Consular Filing i-130
Hi,
My spouse and i finally have an appointment date to file our i-130. My wife is of Ghanaian decent and has been resident in Accra for a few years now,because of her decent, she does not require a resident permit,however legal residency is a requirement for DCF, what other documents can we provide to establish legal residency? Our appointment's next week. I would appreciate a quick response. Thanks
