The I-130 for my parents just got approved,now I am waiting for the documents from NVC in a month.My problem is: I am a U.S citizen but I don't have enough income,my husband can support my parents but he is the intending immigrant(I am applying for him as well).
We live together and had filing the tax returns for the past 3years.My own income for 2014 was $33,000 ,which cannot meet the household size of 5 for 2015 $35,510.We have a house under both names,just bought it couple years still making payments.I don't have other relatives in the U.S,and it's very hard for us to find a friend to be the joint sponsor for my parents.
I read the explanation here about the sponsor ,seems like Can be the intending immigrant.Please help me out!!
