US Residence Interview twice

Hi All,

I Have been scheduled for my Residence interview and everything was ok. They gave me a paper and told me me to follow the instruction to know when and where to retrieve my passport with the Visa printed.

It is been 17 Days i never receive any feedback. When i call their call center they told me that they re-schedule my interview. And i never receive any call or email from them to know when.

Can someone told me what is going on?

I already provide all of them.
