Hi everyone

My wife is a green card holder and filled my i-130 petition in March 2014, Our case got approved on 29 April 2014 and i am waiting since then for the interview date from the NVC but till now i received no response from them it has been an year and plus. Can anybody help me when i can expect to hear from the NVC how much time will it take more before i get any response.

Look at the Visa Bulletin for April 2015...it's upto Aug 2013 for F2A.....so around 7-8 months away from your priority date....so my guess would be approx a year(hopefully less) until it becomes current...

Hi there,

My Mom already submitted the I-130 for my petition, and we are also done submitting the DS-261.
and my mom paid for the AOS fee with the amount of $120.

what will be the next step for this?

because the part of "IV Application Processing Fees"
there's no name written on the applicants name, and the total amount fee is $0.00
and the pay receipt and pay selected fees are grayed out.

and another question

i even tried to look for the DS-260 but all i can see is the summary, where or when can i open the DS-260??



I hope someone can help me with these problem, i don't have an idea for this process.
