I485 adjustment of status help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, i entered the county on j1 visa and that changed it to f1. Currently married to usa citizen and we are filling out i485 form...

I have couple questions:

1) in application it is asking about "when current uscis status expires on"???? But in my documents it stated "d/s". What should i put?

2) in part 2(application type) it is asking "i am applying for an adjustment of status because: ....."
i'm married to the citizen and non of the below answers matching mine.

3) part 3 "current occupation" what am i supposed to answer there?

4) part 3 nonimmigrant visa number - is that the number in the passport?? Or the answer is just "j1"?

5) part 3 consulate where visa was issued: Should i provide city and county?

1. "undetermined"or "d/s"
2. Check "a." assuming you are including approval NOA for your I-130 or an I-130 application.
3. "None"
4. It's the number on red on bottom right hand portion of your visa.

question number 2: i thought i am supposed to attach i-130 with the whole package,or it should be submitted separately?
question number 3: if i currently work as a private contractor, is it ok to still put "NONE"?

I have submitted my 485 package and I was a J1. Your DS-2019 has an expedition date, just write the date it experies. If it is experied, just write overstay/out of status and date it experied. That what I did for mine.

i was going to do that, but i switched to F1 and i do not have DS form with it..

it just says on the notification of change of status to F!: expiration date: D/S
