Received this in the mail. What now?

We received this in the mail a few days ago.
My sister is going to a lawyer in the USA in a day or two to proceed with this, but I would like to know from anyone who's gone through this process. What do I do now?

Your sister doesn't need a lawyer to deal with this. It is a standard notice from the National Visa Center that the case is there and the $120 sponsorshiip fee bill can be paid online.
