Folks,
I just became a US citizen and am planning to file the I130 petition for my wife.
My wife already have her i485 filed by her employer, but her priority date is not current. But she has her EAD card.
It seems like it will be quicker for her to get her greencard though our marriage vs waiting for priority dates to become current.
Given that the employer already has filed for the I485, should she re-file for a I485 along with the I130?
