G-1145 notification of application/ petition ecceptance PLEASE HELP!!!

HI, GUYS.

PLEASE ADVISE :

MY HUSBAND AND I ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON I-130-I-485 I-765-I864 FOR MY GC

we understand that G-1145 supposed to attached to the case..... BUT.....it is asking for a " Applicant/Petitioner names.....

my hUsband is A petitioner...i am i guess is AN applicant... WHICH NAME DO WE PUT?

and HOW MANY of those we supposed to have? only one? or ONE FOR EACH APPLICATION AND PETITION..??

Hi, I don't think it really matters as both will result in receiving notifications. Me and my husband filed AOS beginning of April and we entered my details on it (I'm the alien spouse - applicant) and we received notification via both Emil & text. You can put yourself it will be ok :-) On our G-1145 I have actually entered my name and email but my husband's (husband is US Citizen) mobile - I know it's strange, but my mobile was playing games with me so I wanted to make sure we will get notifications. So we ended up with email notifications sent to me and text messages sent to my husband lol :-)))))
Let me know if you get stuck and I will try to help. I'm not very far advanced in the process as I'm waiting for biometrics (scheduled for next week) but hey it was painful for me and I can help anybody I will be more than happy. Good luck!!!!
