Urgent Help

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had my immigrant visa sometime in November 2005 and now I am already here at Los Angeles since November 28, 2005.

Declared in my documents are my espouse and four children whom I left back in the Philippines. I would like to know when I could have them join me here in USA. Does immigration law require a certain time to get my family? How do I start with the procedure in getting them?
