I 797 spouse outside US

I received an I797 notice to my I 130 petition. It was approved for my spouse.
It says
The above petition has been approved. The person this petition is for will be notified separately when a decision is reached on his or her pending adjustment of status application.

The approval of this visa petition does not...

it does not say that they were notifying the NVC of the approval

You may receive another notice of intentions, if not you will hear from NVC, when the appropriate time is right. Give it some time, if not feel free to call and be updated on your case. But there's nothing to be greatly concern about at this stage. Some notices are worded differently, just depend on the officer who is responding. Patience.
