Pettition I130 question

I am newbie to this site I found my self lucky that I found this great web site

Anyway I received approval letter for my sister petition I 130 but I didn't get approval letter for my brother I filled both application same day I checked online status it says

"Your I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was received on September xx, 2xxx. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 150 and 999 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete"

What should I do ? Should I call them ans ask for status? What is next step after getting approval for my sister application?

I have concern about my brother application Why I didn't get approval letter for him yet and I get approval letter for my sister Should I do inquiery?
