Hello,
I am currently a US Citizen and planning to apply for GC for my parents who are coming in couple of days. Since I do not have my original birth certificate, I am going to use Affidavit of Birth. Can I use the Affidavit of Birth that was issued in 2007 or it needs to be relatively new? My parents have got multiple of "Affidavit of Birth" when I applied for GC (for myself) in the year 2007.
