Hello all,
My passport is in my maiden name as it was issued to be before my marriage. Post my marriage have not changed my surname in my passport but included my husband's name in it. In my son's passport and his birth certificate my married name is mentioned. We are required to file for our GC and have mixed opinions from friends and family on this. Should I get my son's passport and birth certificate changed to reflect my maiden name as in my passport or is it ok to apply with my married name on it. (Also have a marriage certificate)
