QUESTIONS.
1. In 1-130 Petition for Alien relative form
a. Part C.1. Name change – Will the marriage certificate be enough proof to change her last name to mine on the form,even though name appears as maiden name, on certificate and in the Indian Passport?
b. Part C.2. Address – do we write my US home address OR her Indian address?
c. Part C.21 Last address lived together - She's been living with me for 3 months now, should we write the current address or seeing how there's been no "last address" apart from this one, write “NONE”?
2. In I-864 Affidavit of support
a. I'm working part time for now (studying) and my income is less than 19,000$ , then does my mother (who's living with me and has agreed to help) fill out another I-864 Affidavit of support, as joint sponsor OR just I-864A Contract between sponsor and household member?
b. If my mother fills I-864 as joint sponsor then will she check 1(e) as only joint sponsor or 1(d) as first/second of two joint sponsors?
c. In Part 5 Sponsor's Household size (7). – Do we write (2) – for my mother and father as household members or do we write (1) for my mother only since she's the only one who's sponsoring , even though my father who's retired lives with us and IS part of the household?
d. Since my mother is helping, Do I select 1(a) as Petitioner or 1(e) as "first of 2 joint sponsors"?
e. Do we show IRS transcripts for last 1 year or last 3 years?
3.. Can we use online printouts of IRS transcripts or do we need to submit originals? Because online printouts can be gotten from the IRS website instantaneously whereas I'd have to wait about a week for the original printed versions in the mail.

i. I-131 Application for Travel document (advance parole)

a. My Naturalisation certificate copy
b. Copy of US passport
c. Passport style photos for both of us.
d. My IRS transcripts
e. Fees (Check of 420$ and 1070$ to “U.S. Department of Homeland Security”)
f. Marriage certificate copy
g. Copy of her Birth certificate
h. Copy of her passport including page with non-immigrant visa
i. Joint tenancy lease copy
j. Joint bank account letter
k. Affidavit from my parents swearing about the legitimacy of our marriage and that they've known about her and our relationship for 3 years.
n. Copy of my mother's Permanent resident card
o. My mom’s IRS transcripts
p. Medical examination sealed letter from Doctor
q. Copy of wedding invitation for Church wedding
r. Photographs of both families together + dating photographs + marriage photos

What have we missed?
Basically the biggest question we have is about the I-864.
