immigration - port of entry issues

would anyone know if customs officer check on the documents and x-ray films that comes along with the immigrant visa from the consulate after it has been approved?

also, would anyone know what's the procedure when you get to a port of entry to process you immigrant visa?

1. No. They check X-ray only if there was some problem in your medical report regarding TB etc.
