Please help me with some information

I am a naturalized citizen. I want to apply for my niece as her mother (my sister) died last year in Liver Cancer. I want to take care of my niece as she is still very young ( she is only 15 ). Would you mind to let me know if there is a way I can bring her over here .

If there are no other family members, who are able to take care of your niece, why not consider, adopting her first, then there might be a possibility of you sponsoring her thereafter.

You would definitely, need quite a bit of proof in certain areas and having her father signing over his biological rights, death certificate of her mother etc. I hope all works out for her. It's tough losing a mom at that age.
