I need urgent help.i would be grateful if anyone has any solution for the below issue.
I had my greencard since 1988 when I was about 11yrs and which didnot had expiry date on the greencard .but since a long time i am staying in India.Now when my office agent had applied for my business visa he had requested to submit my greencard.my business visa B1/B2 was also rejected and i had to submit my greencard as well.In 2004 also my B1/B2 visa was rejected.I was not sure at that time if i could still travel using my greencard so my company had applied for B1/B2 visa.So now if i need to get back my greencard is there any procedure for the same.
