I-864 Help Please?

I want to sponsor my 2 parents. How much income do I need? According to https://www.immihelp.com/i-864p-pove...it-of-support/, 125% over poverty line is $19,912? Is that how much income I need? My family is a household of 2 (me & my minor son). I just got a full time job offer for $12/hr.

I can't use my 1040 right now because I didn't work last year, I have a student loan that I still have some left in my bank account. I have been a student working on my B.A. degree. I am expecting to have a better income in a couple years, but I want to sponsor my parents asap.

How soon should I submit my petition and then the I-864? I also get about $10k/yr in child support, would this count? Could I submit my pay stubs?

You need proof of about $30,000 estimated annual income for a family of 4 (parents,you and child). Get a co-sponsor.

Can you help me..
I already conducted my interview in manila embass recently may4,2015 but there are some problem regarding with my I-864 & I-684A just in the first page because my mom & aunt didn't fil.out there name in part1 with the box thing...
Then the realsing window told me that they will send me an email regarding with my I-864 & I-864A so I'm confused because I didn't gave my "immigrant visa shipping information form" to window 68 and I didn't receive any email yet from manila embassy,.

Can somebody answer my question plssss...

The email send by the Manila Embassy following interviews arrives a couple or few days after interview. Did they give you the 2GO (courier) transmittal to attach to evidence they requested? You should proceed with having the I-864 and I-864A redone correctly by your mo and aunt and sent to you by FedEx.

And address for the delivery of visa..that's why I'm confused because I had a problem with my I-864 & I-864a that's the reason I didn't gave it to window 68 which is the 2GO window..😣😣😣

You should follow up with 2GO, give them your MNL case number, and explain that you had neglected to provide the delivery address after your interview.

Try emailing the Embassy and they might have a tracking number for you (but don't count on it).

Check the visa status link at: https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx? by your MNL case number to see any changes in your visa processing status.

When you receive the Embassy email specifying what they want from you, get back to me if they don't include a 2GO phone number.
