family emergency

We are trying to get my wife's nephew who is 11 years old to come to the U.S. and live with us. He lives with my wife's mother in India who is getting to old to take care of him and his father and mother live in Nepal and can't afford to support him. His only solution is to come the the US and live here But we don't know what we should do to get him here. Anyone out there got any suggestions?
Time is running out for us.
