I am going through the green card process for the 2nd time now for another stepchild. It's been 3 years since the first one. With the first one, my emails would always be answered within a few days and I could get someone on the phone though I might have to wait on hold for a while.
Now, it's been over two weeks since I sent an email with a time-sensitive question and still no response (I have checked my spam mail). Every time I try to call, it says they are busy call back later.
What's the secret here?
