CSPA and immigration

Hello,

Please help me understand if I can immigrate to US under the CSPA or any other law.

My Uncle (mom's brother) filed for a petition for immigration for brother and sisters of US Citizen.

Priority date is Nov 15, 2002 (Petetion filed date)
Petition was approved on Aug 24, 2009

My date of birth is Jul5 15, 1988.

We have received a packet from USCIS, stating that our date will become current in next 3-6 months. My parents will be able to immigrate as permanent residents to US. However my current age is 26 years. I am not sure if I will be eligible under CSPA or any other law to immigrate to US. I am very much interested in moving to the US. Please help.

As per CSPA Rules, You are eligible for CSPA. Per CSPA Rule, your calculate age for immigration benefits is 19 Yrs (26 Yrs Actual Age - 7 yrs petition was pending)
