Hi I am the petitioner for immigration of my spouse. We have received the I-130 approval, and we are now to submit the DS Choice of Agent Application. I understand this is needed so as to be able to pay the fees and the submit the documentation (DS-261) and get the interview. As petitioner living in the US, I want to act as agent. My issue is that I will be looking for a new apartment in about a month. Should I choose another address/person to act as agent living in the US? is the appointment letter sent by mail to the agent in the US? or is that information sent by email? I am afraing that after submitting the DS-260, getting the response, and submitting my DS-261, I will not receive my appointiment letter since I will have moved. I am not sure if the appoint is sent by email as well?
