    Hi,

I'm applying green card through married to a US citizen. I'm currently stay in US by F1 visa.
    I want to know that
    1. If my bank has low saving, will effect the process?
    2. Do I need to copy every page of my passport?
    3. If I change my last name to my husband's last name, do I need a copy for all forms? Can I copy by myself or I need apply from city hall?

    Appreciate your help

    1. No, you low savings won't affect your I-130,
    application.
    2. No, you don't have to make copies of all the PP pages,
only those at the front with your information.
    3. When you get married, your name is automatically changed. Therefore, use your husband's last name in all
your documents. Then when you received your authorization Card, use that to get a Social Security number, which you will received in your married name.
