I have got married in June 2014, my wife submitted I-130 in July 2014 in December 2014 I got response from USCIS that the evidence we submitted with I-130 are not sufficient we submitted more evidence, on February 18, 2015 I-130 was denied, we submitted Notice of Appeal to the Board of Immigration (EOIR-29) on February 25, 2015 which was received by USCIS on March 16, 2015.

I want to ask that should I submit I-485 and I-765, or I should wait for a decision regarding my appeal (EOIR-29).

Appeals take a long long time to adjudicate. Wouldn't it be quicker to file a new I-130 and provide the supporting documents they need?

If you are not in the United States, you can not file for adjustment of status. If you are in the United States, why did you file a standalone I-130 relative petition, instead of concurrently filing it with the I-485? No, you can not adjust status with a I-130 that has been denied.
