I filed I-130 for my parents and now I am filing the I-864 and I am unemployed so my husband's income is the only income we have, my question is: what I will choose in part-1? Am I the petitioner or a sponsor? And dose my husband need to fill the I-864 as well or just the I-864A?

You will complete an I-864, as the petitioner. Your husband will complete an I-864A as the household member co-sponsor, and his income will be listed in the appropriate section of the I-864 under your income (or no income) then described in more detail on his I-864A.
