Do you know how soon the NVC sends welcome letters for applicants whose priority dates are coming up ? For an instance, I read about a member who had his priority date in Feb 2009 received his NVC letter a few moths back. At the same time there were others whose PD was current but haven't heard from NVC at all. Does anyone know what the pattern is ?
