My father and my brother are Green card holder and in short time they file
for Naturalization if I am out side USA and they both file i130 for me on
year January 2011 and same is accepted before their Naturalization ( 2015)
After five year (2015) of petition they become U.S. Citizen, then what is my
priority date ? is it remain Same (2011) or it is change to 2015 when my
    relative become U.S. Citizen .

You get to keep your priority date when the petition gets upgraded from F2B to F3.

That said, your 2011 F2B petition became void when you got married.

I am happy to help, but don't make me read 6 different messages to stitch the information together.

When your father becomes a United States citizen, he should file a new I-130 for you. In 2026 when an immigrant visa becomes available for you (longer if you were born in mexico or Philippines), your spouse and minor unmarried children at that time can get visas as well.

    See the visa bulletin http://travel.state.gov/contenthttps...june-2015.html

There is no F3/F4 for green card petitioners. Only citizens can file such petitions. So, you can not be a beneficiary of any such petitions, as your father/brother are not US citizens.
