  • filing the I-130, i-485 and i-765 questions.

    Hello
I have some questions, I hope someone give me an answer.
I'm filing all my forms in one step,

First. Please, If someone can tell me about documents that I need to attached with the forms?

    I have another questions,

-Do you guys advice me to file the I-765 at the same time with I-130 and I-485, If so what fees do I have to pay?

-Dose the birth certificate need to be issued recently ? because I'm welling to file in June 20Th 2015 and my birth certificate issued date was on January 28th 2015, is that ok?

-Before i moved here For last 8 years, I was living in Spain, but im not Spanish citizen, my question is: i have Never been arrested or have any kind of criminal record, i saw in I-485 form that they need a The Crime History, so, should I provide a official document saying NO crime history? if yes: this should be issued from Spain coverment or from he country that issued my passport(is different that Spain)??

    thanks in advance

-Are you applying for Green Card through marriage to US citizen? Depending on your case, forms & documents will vary.

-Are you married to US citizen, if yes go for Concurrent filings. http://www.uscis.govhttps://www.immi...current-filing. total fees will be 1490$ in this you'll able to file green card petition, adjustment of status, work authorization and medical examination and travel petition for multiple US entry for Green Card holder.

-As long as you've original birth certificate in English language including full name / correct spellings of yours & parents name and issued by local govt body where you were born. you're good - don't worry about issued date.

-No need to provide any document if you don't have criminal history, they'll do their own background check before approving your case.

Eyas, asking what the filing fees are reveals that you have not gone to the USCIS website, which further implies you have not read the form instructions.

You really need to do that.

Yes, i´m married with a US citizen, that is the reason for applying for the credit card.

As you mention the total is 1490$ i saw on the USCIS form web that:
1- the i-130 is (420$)i have to write a check with this amount. right?
2- the i-485 is (1000$) i ahem to write a check with this amount. is that right?
The is a 70$ gap between the totals would you help me find why?

I think you meant about ((green card petition, adjustment of status, work authorization and medical examination and travel petition for multiple US entry for Green Card holder.))

        A-green card petition I-130 (420$) yes?

B-adjustment of status I-485(1000$) is that right?

C-work authorization i-765 (465$) i think you did not add this amount to the total you mentioned (1490$), Would you tell me why?

D-Medical examen ( i already did medical test last week in one of the USCIS Authorized medical centre here in charlotte, Do you meant this? or there is additional medical exam ?

F-Travel petition for multiple US entry for Green Card holder, i think you mean the I-131! if yes, there is a filling fees of (445$) you did not add it to the mentioned total? why?
and im holding a valid 5 years multi entrance B1/B2 visa, do i need this Reentry petition if i wanna travel out of USA for less than 3 moths, after i get the Green card??

        last thing,
You said ((No need to provide any document if you don't have criminal history, they'll do their own background check before approving your case.))

If i provide the NO criminal history from my government, do this make the petition process faster?

Sorry for too much questions, but i wanna do it on the right way,

        Thanks in advance,

          Thanks for your replay,
I really did red the forms, and for many times,
The problem is, i can't find any place on USCIS web that mention about what is the forms i can apply in one step (they mention only, I-130 and I-485, with no additional details about if i can send all this ( i-130,i-485, g-325, i-765, i-864, i-131) in one shut, and the total amount and check for filling all this!

I would like to know, how long it take's to do the interview in North Carolina, i mean since you send it by post, till you get the date for the interview?? can you help me throw this ?
          thanks
