  • Sporadic marriage...?

I remember reading somewhere once, that there is a sporadic marriage visa.

Where, if you enter the US just on a holiday/vacation, and you happen to meet somewhere there and then, that you can marry them, and adjust status on some kind of green card visa..?

Is that true..?? If so, what is the name of the visa..?

What I want is the NAME of this, so that I can do further research on it.

I know that involves basically filing 130 and 485 forms at the same time, to adjust status before going back to your home country... so you can do it all while on your visitor trip....

But yes.... I want to know the NAME of this visa.
