i am a US citizen.
i married a filipina in the Philippines in 1999. We have been seperated since 2000.
i know it is not possible, but she filed for an I-130 without my knowledge. She must have forged my signature and used old passport photos of mine.
today my father hands me the DS-230 (immigrant visa and alien registration form) which my wife told him to give to me to sign.
I want to stop this nonsense...who must i contact?
can i cancel this petition without my wife knowing?
how can this petition be valid when i haven't been living with my wife for 5 years? there's no doubt that she filled the I-130 form with false information.
How can this be happening...so my wife will be able to immigrate to the US and get away with it? can i call the police?
