I need to provide evidence to support that the name on my birth certificate is the same as the name on the application and my citizenship document. The name on the birth certificate is initialized whereas the application and other documents are expanded full names. The evidence that USCIS is asking is birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce decree, death certificate, adoption decree or court order. This is not a name change but same name in two different formats in two different countries. My birth certificate and marriage certificate contain the same name with initials. What document should I provide to support the fact that the two names are used by me.

Exactly, what's on your birth certificate. Did you say, just Initials. Are the other documents have the same initials spelt out?
If that's the case, you could try getting a Notarized Affidavit, from someone who knew you from birth. Patents, relatives or neighborhood person.

RFE for name difference
I got similar RFE for I130 to show that it is the same person. My name on birth certificate and marriage certificate has initials. And my name in passport is expanded.
Did an affidavit from parent work? If so, can you please share the format of the affidavit?
Thanks!
