Hi

My wife is a US citizen and after marriage she came to india and stayed along with me for 2 years. Now, we plan to move to US permanently so she has moved to US recently in order for her to file petition for me, i130. Since she has been in india for over a year now. She has no fixed income. now we are willing to file a petition for myself,however, she is currently not meeting the required income to file affidavit of support. Also, we do not have a person who can be a joints sponsor. Please advise if there any alternative.

Your wife needs to find employment so that she can provide proof of that employment over several months to meet the sponsorship income requirements.
