My mother's brother filed Green Card for her and our family. Will I also get it?

    My mother's brother filed Green Card for her and our family. Will I also get it?

    My uncle filed Green Card for my mom in Nov 2003. Currently Oct 2002 applications are being processed and I guess my mom's application will be processed in a year.
    In 2003, I was under 21. Will I also get GC based on this ? Or it has to be the current age. I m over 21 now.

    No, you will not be getting a green card.
